If you have been unsuccessful at building muscle mass, then you’re obviously doing something wrong. But do not panic, because there are numerous ways you can start building muscle mass right away. The first thing you should do is focus on eating more lean protein. Try eating a source of lean protein once every two to three hours. Examples of good protein sources include tuna, flounder, salmon, chicken, turkey, eggs, and protein shakes and bars.
You also need to make sure that you work out on a regular basis. Try not to overdo it and keep your workouts brief. See to it that your workouts do not exceed over 45 minutes per session. You need to focus on getting in the gym, hitting your muscles hard, and getting out of there as soon as possible. What’s the rush? To make sure that you get to a protein source in time to refuel. No protein equals no muscle.
