How to Become a Bodybuilder?

When your workout reaches the next level and you decide to go with bodybuilding, there are three key elements that you have to incorporate into your routine.  Becoming a bodybuilder is a combination of “bulk” and “cut”.

The first aspect is diet.  When working out with the intensity required of bodybuilder, you should eat about 25% protein, 50% carbs and 25% in fats.  Your calorie intake should equal approximately 24 times your bodyweight.

Set clear goals on what you want to accomplish. The best way to do this is by increasing the muscle first, and then concentrate on reducing body fat.  Do things one at a time to keep measurable results.

Getting the right sleep and rest will help your body harness natural hormones.  Heavy weights naturally encourages testosterone, leading to more muscle mass.
